It's really your call.
If it were me I'd continue to keep track because I have to still get myself to understand somethings about me. That's not to say I wouldn't go over my limit but for me personally I'd be able to watch out for too much damage due to an excessive 6 nights out.
Try taking a few moments when you can to log things in to include your exercising and if that's not possible just write it down in a journal so that when you get back you can enter the data to see how "good" or "bad" you really were. I wouldn't challenge the scales until week after I returned just to get yourself back into whatever routine you were in.
Have a great trip!:flowerforyou:0 -
Have fun and don't worry about logging. You know what to do. Make good choices and also enjoy. If you can always get back on track. Vacations are for enjoyment. Do just that.0

IF you're like me, on vacation I tend to be really busy and burn off the junk I eat. Not that I go overboard, but a burger and fries here and there. IF it's vacation - enjoy eating (and drinking) with family or friends. Since you're on maintenance I'd say even if you do gain a few pounds, they'll probably come off pretty fast.0
