What are some good post-workout meals or snacks for weight loss?

im a complete newbie so definitely take my advice for what its face value. But ive done some research. Right now Im doing P90x results and recovery post workouts. But the main concept seems to be the same, 20-30 minutes after workout its important to have a 4:1 carb protein intake, some sites do say 2:1.

For me, it's candy. And that sounds stupid, but I need something to help rocket up my blood sugar or I feel dizzy and think I'm going to pass out in the shower.0
