Someone Help Motivate me

I'm getting so frustrated. I feel like I have really cut back on drinking, eating out, and I have added exercise in my life (when I can, I work 2 full time jobs) but I weighed myself tonight and I have GAINED 7 LBS! I feel so depressed and mad! I use to be 130 lbs.. then turned 21 and now 3 yrs later im at 190lb. Anyone else in or been in this pickle? I need some motivated... advice?

    Don't give up!!
    You could be gaining water weight or muscle!
    You can try measuring yourself (stomach, hips, thighs, etc) and see if those are changing!
    If you are consistent, you will lose!

    Did you do the math? Figure out what your TDEE is and make your calorie goal about 20% lower than that. 20% is a number I read. If your calorie intake is much lower than that, you could slow your metabolism and you won't lose the weight.
