Hey,
My name is Katie, I'm 21. I currently weigh 178lbs and I'm 5"7. I hate the scales... I weighed myself on Thursday, and I'm waiting til Thursday to weigh myself.
Going swimming 5 days a week (went twice last week, Thursday and Friday) and starting adult gymnastics next week too!!
I work nightshift so I find it hard not to eat when I'm on nights... but nevermind.. I can do it... right?!
My goal weight for 28th May is 160.
I'm going to the Dominican on the 3rd June, all inclusive for two weeks so thats going to be hard.. but as long as I feel good in a bikini... or better than I do now. At the minute, thats whats keeping me going.
My ultimate goal weight is 130 by Christmas. Any less than that would be too thin for me with my height and I don't want to get carried away.
I'm glad I've joined MFP, and hope I find some friends and motivation here.
