Ehh??!!! That can't be right :(

Help!! I'm netting c.1200 a day and I've put on weight. I feel thinner and I think I'm looking it too. What's going on!!!! I don't want to give up but I am thinking what's the point :(

    Did you measure yourself before you started eating differently? You could have lost inches, but the scales may say otherwise due to many different factors - e.g. water retention from exercise, too much sodium intake, or even time of your glorious time of the month.

    EDIT: Also, are you sure you are measuring your foods correctly?

    If you look and feel thinner then I don't see any problems here. The number is just that... a number.

    Don't sweat it too much.

    Go by how you look!
