Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't set any

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Won $600 at the casino :drinker: :drinker:

What would I have done differently? .... Hum?

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and go for a walk (if it doesn't rain).

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and go to the Y before I go to the airport....

    Heading to VA today for a conference... hopefully I will utilize the hotel gym. If I do it will be a first... LOL :bigsmile:

    I will try to check in daily... if not I will be back on Thursday.

    GOLDK: Congrats on the big win at the casino! I'm going to stay at a hotel/casino on Saturday and betting on the Kentucky Derby too ... I hope I have 1/2 the luck you had!

    What would I have done differently? too many snacks, and too much butter on baked potato

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and already did an hour of step at the Y
