I have recently started eating well and exercising. I have lost 25 lbs in the last 70 days. I first noticed numbness in my feet when on the elliptical, but lately it is more constant. I have tingling even at rest and also wakes me up at night. Also I have noticed my hands tingling more often as well. Never had this issue before this current weight loss journey. I am 40 years old 5'4", 200 lbs, I worked out alot in my 20's but let my weight get out of control in my 30's. I don't think it is a "shoes tired too tight" issue....that seems to be a common answer I am finding when searching for answers. Since the issue is happening with all my shoes and with no shoes. I also notice it more when driving to and from work, but does seem pretty constant for the last week or so...no matter what I am doing or not doing. The feeling is more tingling (pins and needles) than numbness.
