Tackling my final frontier: nutrition X_X

Hi just introducing myself. My name is Mike. Im an RN that works nights so naturally i easily fall prey to poor sleeping and eating habits.Like the title says i am finally tackling nutrition to meet my fitness goals. I have always been lucky to meet my strength goals but could never really show it in my physique. Finally posting in the forum to keep myself accountable for my own progress.
