Hi all
Well I have been a member for a while but only dipped in now and then. This time I mean business!!
I have a slipped disc in my back and the lighter and fitter I am the better. At the moment I am limited to walking ( 6 miles a day) and swimming 3 times a week as my back has flared up. But I am burning a decent amount of cals.
I am 33 yrs old with no children. I have an active labrador who I adore and who joins me on my walks.
When my back is in a good place I love swimming. cycling, weight training and generally anything outdoors.
I need to loose 25lbs to get to my goal weight.
Please add me for encouragement and help - I need to stay on track this time for my health and happiness.
