just one little bit...

Im pretty much happy with my body apart from one little bit

the little bump really put me down.
i do ab exercises and cardio, swim, eat wholegrain 80% of the time, rarelly have sugar (apart from fruit) and it just wont go away!

does anyone have any ideas on how to make this bit flatter?
should i cut out gluten?
stop eating bread completely?
