I'm 20 and at the begining of my journey I had 84lbs to lose. As of today i now only have 69lbs left. I'm willing to motivate anyone because if I can do it being a full time college student with two jobs everyone can do it.0 -

Anyone can add me, i am 32 and have the same amount to lose. I have lost in the past but for medical reasons and lack of willpower/exercise it's crept back on. I have been doing this again for 2 weeks, committed to losing 1lbs a week and so far im 5lbs down eating healthily and sensibly.
Hoping that if i stick to 1lb weight loss target a week it will become a long term lifestyle change. I also have my 2nd half marathon to train for this autumn so that is an incentive too. Would be great to have people with the same goals to connect with and motivate each other.0 -
