Good morning everyone.

(stands up) My name is Gary and I'm overweight. I've been overweight since 2001 and have decided to do something about it. I started this life changing journey a little over two weeks ago. I started at 260 lbs and my overall goal weight will be 185. I'm working out 4 days a week at least and eating the best I can. Support... I do most on my own for now.
