I'm pretty sure this question has been answered a thousand plus times on here, but I'm going to ask because I'm not sure exactly how to search it. Anywho, which is more important in terms of weight loss: staying within your calorie goal or your macros? I ask because I had like 160 calories left yesterday but I had already surpassed my fat and carb macro counts. I didn't go like 20g over or anything, but is it more about the calories than the macros or vice versa?
