I have started eating my exercise calories back and I have already starting losing more weight. Simply amazing to me. I like most people are thinking what the heck? how can eating your calories back really help you lose weight, but it works! I was working out two hours a day and eating 1200 calories and only netting around 300 calories at day. Thanks for the experienced people here for letting me know I was doing it all wrong. I am now working out half as much and still losing...just crazy. So a big thanks for helping me to get on track.
