The Ryan Reynolds Blade Trinity Abs

I've been trying to get my abs more defined. I went from doing ab's everyday to abs every other day at the moment. During Blade Trinity, Ryan Reynolds did 600-800 situps/crunches 6 days a week. Should I add more ab workouts to my routine??? Right now I'm 176 at 10% bodyfat. My lean muscle mass is 158lbs. I'm weighing my bodyfat in one week to see if I have gained muscle. This month I've been working on cutting 2% body fat and gaining 2% muscle. I'd like my abs to become more visible than they are at the moment. I swap between doing p90x ab ripper one week, insanity insane abs another, or just working my abs using weights at the gym to keep shocking my abs with a new exercise. Is there anything else I can do to make them pop and really visible?
