Hi all. My name's JIenelle. I've been using this site for, oh, about two weeks now. My goal is too look buff and get my body fat percentage down (to like about 20).

I could use some tips/recipes that are low cal, low fat, high protein and not processed.

    hola back...glad you're stickin' around!

    I love my Morning Star Veggie Sausage & Real Egg (sub) in the a.m.
    high in protein, low in everything else

    that pretty much what I fix for the fam for breakfast besides oatmeal w/raisins & cinnamon...

    Supper is something grilled with a toss....

    keep doing the do!
