I have been looking at ways to keep my lunch interesting, healthy and varied.

My winning solution is the following....

I got myself a 5 tiered stackable toddlers treat boxes. So thats basically 5 small tupperware boxes that stack on each other.

I aim to have at least 100 cals in each box

todays boxes were

2 x crackers with ham and cheese
pasta salad
pickled onions, and olives
strawberries with a couple of choc buttons
rice pudding (light) with a tsp of jam

loved it and well within my cals for lunch
