Hello out there! I just signed up this morning, and I love the features I've discovered so far!
I'm looking to gain (yes, gain) five pounds and then maintain that weight. I've been participating in a resistance workout program at my gym that meets five days a week...so far I love the results, but I know that I'm not eating correctly (or enough) to get the most out of it. That's why I'm here.

Hello attaylor, that's a difficult one also maybe in some cases more so it can be weird the body just almost refuses to put on weight (hello) the the hard gainer syndrome the amount of food that it takes in dedication continously everyday just look at bodybuilders trying to up on weight quality weight lots of high quality food. I wish you the best in your success on MFP, off of it not so much.:laugh:
