Unfortunately we switched to a gym that opens too late for us to work out before work, but my husband and I used to get to the gym by 5am. It's nice.0

2:30 in the morning! I used to work the late shift. No one was ever there and I had the place to myself. Which meant I could get all sweaty and cray on all the machines and I ran around that place like I owned it.0

5am to a spin class and a body pump at 6am right after. I don't have a gym membership anymore, but there are lots of early rising peops that make it to the gym and get their workout done.0

4:15 AM is the earlest I have gone. Its a great time to go because it is less crowded, no waiting time to get on exercise equipment. Can easily get in 45 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of wt training before your workday starts. At first it is hard to get up but after about a week or so you get used to it. Its a great way to start your day! Give it a try.0

I get up at 5:30 to be at the gym at 6. I like having my workout done before I get to work so I get the evenings to relax.0

3am during the week. I like to go while my kids are still sleeping so I don't take time from them at night. Plus I don't like going at night when all the Ken and Barbie's are there0
-
i workout at home. usually start around 5 am0
-
5:30 AM because that's when it opens0
-
I used to go at 5. Really glad I don't have to do that any more. Now I don't even wake up until 5:30.0

I start working out at 5 am...but at home :P lol0

I'd prefer to start working out around 5'ish but the pre-work crowd kills it for me. They're always in a hurry to get their workout in and tie up a lot of the machines. I can feel their stress levels. Not the kinda vibes I want to start the day with.
So now I workout between 7-9 and take joy in watching them leave in their JC Penney dress shirts and duffle bags. SEEEE YA.0 -
When the doors opened at 5am...I was there waiting...now I am going to a 24 hour place...gonna shoot for 5am...maybe 5:30...0

Some days I get there more like 5:15. For me, I prefer the pre-work group because they do their thing and get the hell out of your way... When I was laid off from work and went later, I hated waiting on the people with no place to be...0 -
Go at 4am, you'll have the gym all ton yourself for 2 hrs...0

I was wide awake the other day so I decided to head to the gym and get my workout in. It was 4:35 am when I got there and I was surprised there were 3 others there at that time. Am going to start going regularily at about that time now that my work schedule has changed and have to be to work at 8 am instead of 11.0

I wake up at 4am most weekdays to be at the gym when they open at 5am. I do an hour of strength training so i can be at work at 7:15am. then i go back AFTER work to get my cardio in.0
