don't quit when i am TIRED, quit when i am DONE!

I didn't feel like working out today... didn't get enough sleep, work is busy, etc.

I went to the gym anyway and started on HIIT on the elliptical. 60 minutes of intervals. Wanted to stop or slow down several times but kept telling myself all the mantras:
* pain is weakness leaving the body
* sweat if fat crying
* in the struggle, we get stronger
* don't stop when I am tired, I stop when i am DONE

Kept pushing and finished all 60 minutes/almost 900 cals, even though i wanted to 'punt' several times.

Go bust it out today and don't quit when you are tired. Quit when you are DONE!

    The elliptical is killer for me. I started out at only 3 minutes and I'm up to 12 now.

    So true! I was butt-hurting for sure during my workout yesterday. But unless I puke, faint, or die, I keep on rolling with the burpees or crow pushups or whatever heinous thing I'm in the middle of. Ya just gotta get it DONE!

    Love this post! I do insanity and I cant tell you how many times I have to mentally kick myself to keep on going.
