don't quit when i am TIRED, quit when i am DONE!
I didn't feel like working out today... didn't get enough sleep, work is busy, etc.
I went to the gym anyway and started on HIIT on the elliptical. 60 minutes of intervals. Wanted to stop or slow down several times but kept telling myself all the mantras:
* pain is weakness leaving the body
* sweat if fat crying
* in the struggle, we get stronger
* don't stop when I am tired, I stop when i am DONE
Kept pushing and finished all 60 minutes/almost 900 cals, even though i wanted to 'punt' several times.
Go bust it out today and don't quit when you are tired. Quit when you are DONE!
