best workout for toning

I have lost a ton of inches, lots of weight but I want to move to definition.

I have been doing New Rules for Training for Women and the results have been amazing but I want to define my arms and work on my core.

What do people do?

    Finish the New Rules of Lifting for Women program. Don't skip Stage 6. Worked wonders for me.

    I am just finishing this book, this is how I lost all the inches, went from size 16 to 8 with this program and clean eating, no gluten and lean proteins.

    Just taking things to the next level and trying to figure out where to go.

    Toning generally means losing enough body fat to reveal existing muscle.

    So it really comes down to continued fat loss and being patient.
