How to wash your running shoes!

How I wash my shoes is by throwing them in the washer.. Wala just like new!! I was just reading in Woman's Health that that is bad for your shoes "the rough and tumble action can break down the inner cushioning and relax the glue/structure of the shoe". This can lead to a serious injury! I never even thought about that. So they said to take the laces out scrub your shoes inside and out with soft brush. Also, do not put them in the dryer (bc of the glue) leave them out to dry.

I thought I would share that info with you :)

    Also you should stuff your shoes (if they get wet) with newspaper:)~
