how to log??

Hi all!

Just curious how I should log my exercise today. I did a 20 minute biggest loser boot camp video. It was a combination of both cardio and strength training....looked it up here and can't find it in the database. what do you think??

    Great work! Maybe split it up? 10 minutes strength training and 10 minutes Calisthenics (vigorous effort)?
