Just curious who uses the TDEE way to calculate calories and who uses the MFP way to calculate calories???
I have been using MFP and have gained back the 5 lbs I lost...Thinking of switching to TDEE method which is telling me to eat 2089 calories with a 20% reduction that would be 1673 calories a day...TDEE after a 20 % reduction and MFP after eating back exercise calories are almost the same the differnce is maybe 200 calories...but I have to try something...
So my question is do you use TDEE or MFP calorie suggestions?
Thanks...
