    I'm wondering if perhaps during your first weigh-in you had a lot of water retention causing excess weight when you started? If you've only been at it for 3 weeks and lost 11lbs (more than 2lbs/week) that could explain some of the loss and a bit of not seeing a decreasing clothing size....

    Just a thought.

    If you are working out or at least doing light exercise, you may also be building muscle. sometimes a weight loss will show, but the inches don't start melting off right away. It can be discouraging, but keep with it. You will wake up one morning and all of a suddent your clothes are loose, those tight jeans fit nice or whatever.... just stick with it - you can do it!
