Getting a new routine

Alright, so I work on an AF base and we get fitness classes and 3 hours a week to take them (which rocks my world SOOO hard). The thing is that with the sequestration the classes are being cancelled, but I still get the gym time. I am not sure how to create my own workout that would give me the same intensity. Where is a good place to look? I am not looking to lose weight, but to tone up. Any help is appreciated!

    Where is a good place to look for those. I see them EVERYWHERE and wonder which ones are actually worth the paper they are printed on.
