Don't lose any more weight!

"You don't want to be too thin!"

It aggravates me to get these comments from well meaning people.

No, I don't want to be too thin, but I do need to lose more weight.

It is frustrating, because I am NOT someone with a body perception issues or an eating disorder! I don't starve myself and I eat mostly healthy and exercise.

According to my BMI I am still overweight, so this is not a matter of skewed perception on my part.

And I'm not even aiming at a low range of normal weight for my height, I just want to be squarely in the middle range of "normal" weight for me. This type of comment sort of implies that there is something wrong with me mentally and I don't have a good judgement to be able to tell what weight is good for me.

    I find most of the people that say that are overweight themselves. I think they are just jealous at your dedication and hard work. Keep doing your thing!
