need help here

so i want to focus on my arms and BRA FAT and BACK so what exercises can i do for that. i have resistance bands and a weight bench and 3 lb dumbbells anyone have some ideas

    you can't spot reduce. To reduce fat, eat clean. And lower your BMI

    Just get a regular routine and keep pushing yourself. As you lose weight, you will lose fat.

    Try upright rows, tricep dips, push ups, seated rows.

    You'll have to google em if you need to as I don't know how to post other information on here

    Main thing is to keep plugging away whatever you do x

    Add me if you like, I got really upset the other week because I had a back view photo of my self and my arms, etc made me feel sick! But you got to keep ploughing through x

    No amount of targeted exercise will help you lose fat from that area. You have to eat at a deficit and wait for your overall body fat to go down. Get a good strength training routine going. I'd personally ditch the 3 pound dumbbells. How heavy are your resitance bands? If they are fairly heavy, get some good full body workouts in with those. Do 2-3 sets of 8-10 reps. If you can do that easily, go up. I'd strongly suggest that you consider figuring out a way to lift free weights as well.

    Chair Dips are amazing I do them everyday, aim for 150 per day!
    You will really notice a difference.

    no trying to spot reduce i jsut feel im leaving that part of my body out of my workouts so im trying to incorprate something to build muscles in those areas as well and not to just focus on the front i want to built muscle throughout my body
