Hey everyone! My name is Lacy and I'm 23 years old. I've gained a bit of weight in the past year and I am hoping to get back in shape. I have been focusing on eating better, drinking more water than I normally do, and exercising more often. I have a stationary bike at home that I use everyday and I also get a lot of exercise hiking. I'm hoping to lose about 30 to 40 pounds but I'd be happy with 10 just to fit back in my summer clothes lol.
