Hi Everyone, my name is Peter and I'm so excited to be part of this family. I need to lose 15 lbs and I'm determined to succeed. I'm in pretty good shape now, mainly because of exercise, but my diet just totally sucks. I've been trying to consciously delete the nasty foods but its hard...you know what I mean? With a drawer full of yummy cookies and candies, the temptations are constantly tugging at me. So, I'm going to give this a try. I really need to focus on my waist, my goal is 31", down from 34". Great to be here and...omg...let's do it!
