meal ideas please

hi guys

i just wanted some help lol.. what do you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner
what do you find keeps you satisfied for longer?

    Pack your meals full of fiber, protein and fat.. and drink lots of water. That will make you feel full for longer.

    It is hard for me to give examples as I eat differently everyday. Eggs and such for breakfast.... wraps, salads, etc for lunches... salads, wraps, pasta, etc for dinner. I always ensure I have a protien with my meal.
