White Chili
White Chili has a lot of beans and cheese, is it really healthier than red chili? And is there a recipe that's good for you for either of them? I've made both and I don't really have a "standout" receipe but it's snowing today so it's the perfect chili day and would like to make it.

What do you mean by healthy? I make a pretty good red/meat chili...
As with most recipes, the how "healthy" it is will depend on what you consider healthy and what ingredients you put in. A ton of full fat cheese or high fat ground beef might make it unhealthy to some, but you can easily swap that stuff for lower fat options.0 -
what jacksonpt said!
i think the fun thing about chili is that its totally up to you what you want to put in or not
i make a version of white chili with turkey and a gang-load vegetables and laughing cow cheese and broth thats just about the most healthy thing i can make
then sometimes i make a version with tons of beans and veal and beef and bacon and put gobs of cheese and sour cream that tastes like chili dog that is not even close to healthy.
just adjust the ingredients to your own dietary preferences0
