Fruit Smoothies - great for summer
This makes a refreshing drink (and filling) or even breakfast
1 package of lowfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup frozen fruit (no sugar added0
1 cup 2% milk
Put it all in the blender and mix until smooth
is about 140 calories, 34 carbs 5 fat and 13 protien. I have it listed on food diary under deb's fruit smoothies.
It is a great breakfast - really filling

I love that smoothie! I have one almost every day for breakfast or lunch. Only I add some protein powder and some omega flax oil to the mix. YUM! and really healthy and filling!0
