Exercise Calories

I've been on MFP for a couple of weeks and I've been wondering if you eat your exercise calories? Is it better to eat them or not? Also is it okay to stay under just your calories or should you have green numbers only across the board?

    I usually eat back my exercise calories. I look at my average net calories for the week too instead of being alarmed if I exceed my daily goal on any one day. I have been using the MFP recommendations for 10 weeks and am very happy that I am on track with 10 pounds lost.
