starting cross fit this sunday!

hey all, i'm sooooo nervous. i'm starting cross fit this sunday. it's just a one time try it first kinda deal but i'm hoping I will like it because this trainer wants to trade services for one on one sessions. sounds great to me because I can't really afford any extra spending right now. I do know her from a previous job so i'm very comfortable and honest with her.

my questions are this:
any advice for me?
anything I should do to prepare? nutrition, movement, etc....
what to expect from this type of workout?

everything i''ve read and researched makes me think have I gotten in over my head??? It seems pretty dang intense. I have a feeling I need to schedule a massage for Monday if I can even move:sad:

just looking for some feedback, I have searched the threads but thought i'd start my own

    does no one have any advice for me?

    now i'm hearing there are a lot of injuries from cross fit, this can't happen to me! I have to be 100% injury free to work!!!
