Hey guys, I started really using this site about a week ago and am committed to using it every day!! I need help staying on track to maintain the weight I've lost and stay at a healthy level - especially because I just had a huge lifestyle change and I am worried about my stability with healthy eating and exercise.
Two things I want to work on:
1) I have a terrible night eating habit that is preventing me from losing those last couple pounds!!! I need suggestions on how to kick that in the butt.
2) I LOVE fitness of all sorts. I am thinking about doing the Insanity challenge - or at least part of one. This means doing Insanity every day for 15-30 days. What do you guys think?
