What is your toning secret!?

Looking for some good toning exercises. I've lost the majority of the weight and now I'm just looking to tone up. The main area's I'm looking to tone are my stomach, upper arms, and back... Do you have a favorite exercise, a diet secret, ANYTHING that could help me firm up these last few trouble spots? I would LOVE IT!... Please, share your stories and secrets here :)

    Eat in a deficit to lose fat

    Pick up weights, put them back down

    Repeat until desired results happen
