Spinning shoes

What do you guys wear/recommend? Im looking for something not too pricey, and that will ensure my toes do not cramp and so that I do not have to worry about my feet slipping out.
Also can you get spinning shoes fitted? Im not sure if I have wide feet or not. I live in the UK, Cambridgeshire, does anyone know any shops in this area that does this?
