Ive been dieting and exercising for 3 months now ive lost 10lb ok i guess but i have another 18lb to my goal weight.
I admitt my calories are low but ive tried to up them and i firstly just struggle to eat the food as i itnloats me and gives me a sore tummy and secondly i pile weight o .

So whilst i jave a low cal intake i make sure i have a lot of protein around 150 and low sugar and very low carbs.... i seem to be platueing...

Can anyone suggest anything :(
