Can someone give me the scoop on this? I have never heard of it. Is it essentially a paper version of what I log on here, or is it more detailed? HALP!

I log my workouts here (when I remember), but I do prefer a hard copy workout journal.

It's been helpful for reminding me what my weight level, and reps per sets are for my exercises. It has other information such as muscle groups, charts for keeping track of measurements and weight. It's got water proof covers in case you spill your water or intra-workout on it.0
