I signed up for a Running Camp/Vacation for Sept. 2013... in the mountains!! I am a flatlander so
this will be interesting : I was told to add 10% to my weekly distance and include tempo and hill runs
which I have been doing. Also to give up coffee , waahhhhh!
Any other suggestions for acclimating
to altitude - 8200 feet - yikes! It's going to be SO fun, just dont want to be the slowest.
