Sometimes it's hard to eat right and listen to your body...sometimes it's easier to eat whatever you want, whenever, and whatever amount. I've eaten way too many carbohydrates and sugar this weekend....I feel so BLAH and the worst feeling is that I know it's all my fault. But, tomorrow will be the day I get back on track, make good choices, and log on here diligently!! For all those who have had a slip in their diet or "lifestyle change," whatever you want to call it, know that it's up to you to get back on track and that you can DO IT! Are you with me?! :-)

Oh yes, I have had several slip ups....I think 2 days last week I went over 3000 calories and I normally eat no more than 1500!!!
But you will get back on track and do amazing!0
