Carbs/bloated

Thinking of going paleo next week and cutting carbs out.. I always feel so YUCK after eating them.. Just seeing how my body reacts.. anyone done this?

    I haven't completely cut my carbs out, but I definitely don't eat that much of them. All of my carbs come from fruit or oatmeal mostly.

    I focus on my fat and protein intake. 45% of my calories come from fat, and 20% from protein (I have that calculated for 1g per 1lb of LBM). I just let the carbs fall where they may.

    So far it has been easy and I love eating this way. I'm not trying to lose weight right now, so I can't really share perspective in that area. I don't have bloating issues, although the few times I did it was because I was eating too much protein, not carbs.

    I say go for it and see how it works for you!
