I have been doing Stronglifts and really enjoy the simplicity of the program and am seeing progress. I have a goal of 100% clean diet and lifting for the the next 3 months.
I was curious of those who lift heavy (especially women) if you think I will see faster better results with a more "involved" program vs Stronglifts? Looking to lower my BF and tone

That's really more a function of your diet than the specific program.
That said, Stronglifts is based on nearly a century of proven training techniques, and as a beginner, a linear program is usually best.0 -

I actually started to have good results once the weights started to get in the heavy range, particularly my squats. My body weight went up to 225lbs and when I stopped the program I was squatting over that. The owner of the gym noticed that my chest suddenly got wider and I was really starting to shape-up a bit more. I think the body fat would have started to come with it along with some tweaks in my diet.0
