My husband wants me to post pics of me when I was 173lbs. My current weight now is 124.5, i didn't lose all of that weight with MFP, but my husband thinks I can motivate one or two people if I post my before and after. Should I?

If you don't feel comfortable doing it, then don't. But many people on here (myself included) get super-inspired from looking at before/after pics! The choice is yours.

People love to see before and after pics, I believe it's very motivating. But you have to feel comfortable doing it.0
