Sick of feeling lethargic and unmotivated, ready to change!

Hi everyone.
My name is Smoozle, or you could call me Smooze. I'm an overweight 18 year old male who wishes to lose weight and feel alot fitter. I've noticed that my natural energy levels are extremely low, and that I have a real lack of motivation, combined with clinical depression which I'm suffering from right now. As well as getting mentally fit, I think it's paramount I also try and gain physical fitness too. I've always been "pudgy" however I've never been severely overweight. I have some issues with asthma which makes it difficult for me to get exercise, but I'm convinced there would be less stress on my lungs if I ate alot healthier.
I suffer from problems with self esteem, especially when it comes to my appearance. Although people claim I'm actually quite "cute" or "handsome" I cringe every time I look in a mirror and see my face (which of course looks fat/round to me) and it really gets to me when I see myself on photos. I just see a fat person. My self esteem issues are compounded with the fact I've got Aspergers Syndrome, which I was diagnosed with when I was 6. I also find it hard to express my true gender identity while being the weight I am. I'm sure if I was slimmer I'd look alot more feminine and feel alot happier in my own skin.
Now, thanks for listening and I hope this is the start of my new life, right here, right now.
Peace, love, unity and respect
