how many hours sleep do you get and when to you exercise, morning or evening.
I aim for 7 - 8 hrs a night and prefer to work out in the morning.

6 -7hrs, I would love more sleep but it always takes me ages to fall asleep... Anyway, that's not too bad.
I prefer to workout in the morning too. It's a way for me to be motivated, I fell ''at least i've done that today!''0 -
I aim for 7-8 hours a night. I prefer to exercise in a morning, on a weekend I always go for a run when I first get up, but on a weekday I struggle to get out of bed too early and so tend to go to the gym on my way home from work.
Recovery and sleep is majorly important though! I wish I could sleep more to be honest!
