How do you post a before and after pic?? Help!

Hey guys, can anyone help me with directions on how to submit a before and after pic on here? Thanks so much! : )

    search the message boards... it's also pinned at the top of the message boards for people how need help posting pictures..

    upload the image to a site like tinypic.com, photobucket.com, or imageshack.
    make sure when uploading you choose to resize the image for message boards.
    then copy the link and paste it between

    [IMG][/IMG]

    *only use lower case img

    In the string below:
    - remove the blank space after the open brackets character, i.e., after: [
    - Replace with your own link to picture (instead of link to google)

    [ img]http://www.google.com/[ /img]
