I been at 208 for about 1 week I don't know what to do maybe change my workout or change my eating, my calories is at 1400, should I change it or stay at the same for awhile. I sure need some kind of advice so I can see the scale at least move down, I just cut my diet intake to when im eating out or out in about, I don't bring diet coke in my house anymore my next goal is to cut out snacks and just eat veggies in stead, and fast food I know its high in sodium, any suggestions would help

I was stuck at the same weight for months and months and no matter what I tried I could not lose an ounce. I've been hearing a lot about "eating clean" and I did some research and decided it was something I wanted to try. I'm only on my 2nd week of clean eating and have lost 3lbs. I can't begin to tell you how much I love it and how much of a difference I can tell in the way I feel.0

May be you are not eating enough? I put your info at scoobie and for a desk job and to lose 25% off TDEE it gives 1537 calories and BMR at 1708. You have a toddler and you exercise as well.

Boost your calories to 1500 for now, cut the diet soda (drink sparkling water instead) and unhealthy snacks, drink a lot of water, and weigh everything you eat.0
