i just started myfitness pal...i wanted to lose 20 by may 23 ( my birthday...23 which im determined to make my first "skinny/fit" birthday of my life ...im tired of telling myself "oh i want to be 125 for my birthday" and i just get farther and farther away from it every year. ) but id still be super happy if it takes till june 21....as long as it comes off.
Please add me and count me in! i really could use the the motivation and support....ive always put the complete effort into my diets and exercise routines for months and i never lose a pound.
Last year i found out i have celiac disease which is explained a lot of my bloated weight gain...im also now vegan. Anyways some how even all those food choice changes...this is my first weight loss orientated "diet" ill be starting after a year of just trying to make the transition to the gluten free vegan part...maybe this time ill actually lose weight!0 -
